Cancellation Fees:


for long-distance journeys:

  • Up to 14 days before the start of the journey – free of charge
  • Up to 7 days before departure – 50% of the fare
  • Less than 7 days before the start of the trip – 100% of the fare.

    for airport transfers to/from Stuttgart Airport / Stuttgart Central Station:

  • Up to 48 hours before the start of the journey – free of charge
  • Up to 24 hours before departure – 50% of the fare
  • Less than 24 hours before departure – 100% of the fare
  • all other airports are considered long-distance journeys
